I believe that painting releases all the stresses we have been feeling at the moment. Creative people do the said thing because it's their outlet of letting go the negativity there are feeling. It serves as their inspiration to make them feel better. Well, people are different in so many ways, that's why we are also divided by our outlets in letting go of stress. Whatever it could be, what's important is it will make us even happy!
