Not sure how else to say this other than I have always felt “awake.” It did not make sense how others would not see the obvious, or chose not to see it. It brought some frustration for many years, and at times wanted to turn it off. And I tried numerous ways. Why is it that this “turned off” phenomena can be found in all of us, and there seems to be levels of on and off? That there is not consistency on when, who, how, or why this turned off or programmed state wakes in the collective. When do we really wake up?
As a child I realized that it was from within that it was possible to change your mood or mind. Until now at the age of forty-six it is just starting to make a bit of sense of what this might be, and how it is in all of us. Alchemy. Is it the practice of turning lead into gold? Not exactly. It is more like utilizing the energy that everything is, and turning yourself into gold. Or refining yourself and healing to remain at a higher vibratory state. So, what is it exactly? It is easier to demonstrate through consistent actions over time, yet I will try to explain as best and concise as possible.
Focusing on alignment of the body through proper nutrition and individual functional allows for concentration on breath (Air). The consistent action of full deep breaths produces friction within the body creating heat (Fire). The air and fire begin to interact with the fluid and blood (Water) throughout the entire body elevating conductivity. As electrical conductivity increases the body synchronizes becoming more grounded (Earth) and expansion begins. With the four elements (air, fire, earth, water) working in harmony connects to the fifth element (universal truth, creativity) from within. The possibilities become infinite, and we begin to heal as the universe works through the human form in a state of consciousness.
