Color Wheel
Northwest Portland Flower Photos by Jennifer Rose These colorful flower photos were all taken within a short walking distance from Coffee Time. They are all from private gardens and flower boxes in our neighborhood. This show is a way of saying thank you to the gardeners who make our neighborhood so beautiful and uplifting. Jennifer Rose was born in Seattle, but lived in New York for twenty-three years. She returned to the PNW in 2012, arriving in Portland in December. When she took her first walk in her new city, she was delighted to find flowers blooming. Her first show was at Coffee Time in April 2014. She is returning to Coffee Time after showing her photographs at the Center for Urban Horticulture at the University of Washington. Her work will be on display from May 1 through May 31. It can be purchased year-round at www.Etsy.com/shop/BetterExistence. Or you can call her at 646-831-2675.

I love photographers who are after the beauty of environment and they are making use of their talent to influence people to care for nature. Jennifer Rose is just one of the many example who have this love for photography and are willing to make use of their talent for a good cause. I am happy to know that she is given that chance to have this opportunity to exhibit. She really deserves it! Coffee Time was a good venue where she can have works displayed and be seen by the public.
